The right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without any explanations.

The time to the cancel your contract is 14 days from the day that you or third person indicated by you (but not delivery carrier) is in charge / possession with the parcel.

If you wish to take up steps to cancel the order you must contact us (your full name, address and if is possible telephone number, fax number and email address, order number) this must be included in your cancelation form either through post letter, fax or email address – you are more than welcome to use our template that you will find on our website but you don’t have to use this particular form.

In order to meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract it is enough for you to send information about the activity of the right to withdraw from the right contract before the deadline for withdraw from the contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments from you, including the cost of delivery, except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest, standard delivery offered by us. Immediately and no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt by us of the goods being the subject of withdrawal from the contract in order to make such a refund, we will use the same payment method that was used in the original transaction, unless on our behalf agreed otherwise, under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this. Product for parcel shipment should be returned at our risk, you will be charged the direct cost of returning the goods.
